No one would get the gurda kapoora — a mix of goat kidneys and testicles stir fried with tomatoes and spices — at Dhamaka with me until this week, and that’s not really a thing to order alone. Had really been missing out. The sloppy joe style set up with pao absolutely ripped. So did this lasooni lobster with an outrageous amount of garlic.
